Dear patients, colleagues, and friends,

I am writing to inform you that I will be taking some extended time off to do some traveling with my family. As such, I am planning to close my office, effective the end of July.  

It is with mixed emotions that I do this, as it has been a pleasure serving you for the last 10 years, but I am looking forward to spending some quality time with family and resetting my priorities.
